We’re so excited for your Initial Cleaning with us! To help ensure all goes smoothly, we’ve put together a few quick notes to prepare your home for our visit:
What do we bring?
Our team will arrive fully equipped with all the materials needed for your cleaning. All we ask that you provide are:
- Paper Towels
- Garbage Bags
Declutter for Best Results
Organization is not included in your cleaning package, so we kindly ask that surfaces and spaces are free of clutter. This helps our team clean more efficiently and thoroughly.
Linens
If you’d like us to change any bed linens, please leave the clean sets on top of the corresponding beds before the team begins.
Pets
If you have pets at home, we ask that you secure them in a safe area if possible, to ensure both their safety and the comfort of our team.
Extra Instructions?
If you have any specific requests or instructions, feel free to text the office ahead of time so we can make sure all is taken care of.
Payment
We accept Venmo and Zelle. Please make sure the payment is completed by the end of the service.
